| THOMAS J. FOGARTY, CPA Chairman and CFO

Thomas J ( Tom )
Fogarty received his BA in Accounting from St.
Leo College near Tampa, Florida. Tom pursued a career in
Public Accounting with both Coopers & Lybrand and
Touche Ross & Co. as an Audit Manager. Currently, he
is responsible for all Operational aspects of the firm
including data systems, and accounting functions. In
addition, he heads the Firm's National Accounts Program.
He is a member of both the American and Florida
Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. |

| GREGORY J WRIGHT, ESQ. President

Gregory J ( Greg ) Wright
received his BA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania
and his JD from the University of Miami School of Law.
Greg has been involved in various areas of Real Estate
and the Insurance Industry for more than ten years. He is
responsible for all Title related concerns and Real
Estate closings of Doral Title Corp. He is a member of
both the American and Florida Bar Associations. |

| JANE RODRIGUEZ Vice President and Licensed Title
Examiner

Jane Rodriguez has
been in the Title Insurance Industry her entire
Professional career. She started with American Title (
now Fidelity National Title ) in 1982 and has progressed
to become Vice President and Chief Examiner of Doral
Title Corp. Jane manages our Title Plant Operations and
oversees a staff of six Searchers and Examiners. |
